ABOUT THE PROJECT
Stone Villa in Istria is a self-initiated portfolio project by DUS Studio, conceived as a photorealistic interpretation of traditional Mediterranean architecture. Natural stone, characteristic arches and a covered porch define the villa, while the swimming pool and garden create a welcoming outdoor setting.
The visualization focuses on stone textures, natural daylight and the relationship between architecture and landscape. It is presented as a personal portfolio concept, not as a completed construction or a commissioned project. Its purpose is to demonstrate the studio’s approach to exterior rendering and atmosphere.
