Istria is synonymous with authenticity, nature and remarkable food. This bed & breakfast needed the same identity, and our task was to turn its architectural concept into a visual story that attracts attention at first sight.
For a hospitality project, we do more than show the building. We visualize the feeling of arrival, the stay and the desire to return.

Tradition, translated into a contemporary language
Stone walls, earthy tones and a terracotta roof carry a clear Istrian signature. Timber and glass add warmth, allowing every material to feel natural and tactile.
Large areas of glazing, clean lines and a terrace open to the landscape give the building a modern rhythm.

An exterior that sells the experience
Guests on the terrace, Mediterranean planting, a relaxed lounge and soft natural light give the project scale and emotion. Viewers can imagine morning coffee, the scent of the garden and an evening outdoors.

Photorealism as a marketing tool
Advanced lighting, detailed stone and planting textures, and carefully controlled reflections create a convincing sense of physical space.
The composition follows architectural photography, making the images ready for presentations, campaigns and pre-construction sales.
